Day 124

I got this old milk pint at an antique store the other day so had to get some shots with it.

Thankful today for all the goodness that my Savior shows to me. For the answered prayers that he answers even though they are on a different time schedule then what I think. I am glad that he is my help and I am glad that he is always with me through all my triumphs and all my failures. I am glad He loves me when I am weak and loves me when I am stronger. I am glad he sees the real me and that he loves me in spite of it. I am thankful for the people He puts in my life that love me in spite of failures as well.

Day 123

Just a little sneak peak of what I found at the antique village today! Oh my I am so in love, I have some cleaning to do on it but I just could not resist a little shot of it! More to come, soon!

Well busy evening this evening so not a lot of time and I had a girls shopping day today which was a blast so not a lot of time to think on anything to write on for today.

Hope everyone had a great one, mine would be great if was not for this nasty cold weather that decided to show up on a what could of been a beautiful May day!  And it messed up my usual natural lighting so the lighting on the image is not the best. Oh well, there is always tomorrow! But I had a blast with my friends today and that is all that matters!

Day 122

I am so very excited that watermelons are back out! Oh how I love these yummy things! Now hopefully stop snacking on all the bad things for me and indulge on one of my favorite things to eat! Can I tell you how aggravated I was when I got home with my first watermelon and I cut it open, ready for a juicy piece and I see white! Oh my it was so gross, yes I had to try it, not sure why just did. Anyways had to end up going back to the store to get me this yummy red watermelon!

I was thinking this morning, how the sound of me waking to my mothers prayers was so refreshing as a child. I guess as a child I never thought of the things she might be going through and what those prayers really meant to her spirit during those times in her life.  I guess as we get older we look at things differently but what I do figure is that all of our times of trying, testing are for a purpose. Even though those times were probably hard for her, those prayers she prayed were used to refresh her soul and to set a memory, a witness to her children on how much she truly depended on her Savior. Amazing those prayers she prayed are still at work and God still uses them to this day to show me things in my life. Thanks mom for always depending one that gives us strength from day to day!

Day 121

So on the way up to my sister n laws, I always am in awe of this beautiful driveway! Oh how I love it! Isn't it just gorgeous! Well we pulled over this time so I could snap a shot!

Day 120

My hubby was on search to find me a Magnolia to take a picture of since our trees never bloom in our yard for some unknown reason. Well we were out shopping and we saw these in a parking lot. I love love this picture!

So another shot I am going to add is of my new small vintage suitcase, it is an overnight bag or something but I saw it and fell in love and it was a must have in my books! My hubby was hoping I would walk away so he could sneak and buy it but well there was no way that was going to happen. I am sure you will see more shots with this wonderful bag.

Had a great day and found two awesome pairs of shoes, and we all know that I LOVE shoes!

Day 119

A different type of edit for me but when I was messing around in photo shop and got this well I just fell in love.

Today was a busy day! We went antique shopping and found me a few little goodies! Pictures to come of my little finds. Then we went shoe shopping with no luck on this day but we tried. Then off to eat supper, these are some trees behind the restaurant, it was beautiful! Also notice how the two trees make a cross! Love! Love!

Day 118

I know, I know! No post for a few days, I was out of town visiting with family and everyone knows I have to edit before posting.

Anyways it was a good day! We stopped by this awesome little poboy shop on the way to my sister n laws because well they have some of the best roast beef poboys (even though my oldest daughter doesn't agree but she doesn't know good food so who cares). Anyways it was so yummy so worth the extra calories! I do believe it will be one of stops we do every time now. My hubby says I remember wrong sometimes but he agreed I remembered right this time about the scrumptious poboy. Anyways they had this coca-cola tin under the booths and so I snapped a shot (after my hubby asked if it was okay to get a picture of course, everyone knows I like to follow the rules) so I give thanks to my hubby for asking for me.

Oh also once we got to my sister n laws we went to wally world and me and my hubby ended up embarrassing my sister n law in the store because well we were acting like kids. Yes! Yes! I got on the end of the buggy and he pushed me quite fast down the middle aisle of walmart. I love having fun with my hubby, it is a great feeling! Sorry everyone but I have to give mucho love to my hubby!
